Insight:
Promote the UEFA Champions League Final broadcast live from Greece on ESPN channels.
Idea:
The Champions League Final is the biggest football event of the year. In 2007, with the final hosted in Greece, we created a playful campaign inspired by a subtle feature found in ancient sculptures—often a distinct detail on the nose. This cultural reference became the basis for an imaginative story connecting the final to Greek heritage in a fun and unexpected way.
Result:
In Brazil, ESPN successfully aired the final. Estimates show that hundreds of thousands watched, with most viewers choosing ESPN.
